Cancellation Policy

We understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly. Please review our official cancellation terms carefully before finalizing your reservation.

01. Airport Transportation

You must cancel airport transportation reservations at least 24 hours before your scheduled pickup time to receive a refund.

We cannot issue refunds for cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup time. These late cancellations will incur the full reservation amount.

02. Limousine, Party Bus & Hourly Reservations

ou must cancel limousine, party bus, van, and hourly special-event reservations at least 14 days before your scheduled service date to receive a refund.

Cancellations made within 14 days of your scheduled reservation date are completely non-refundable.

03. No-Shows

If you do not arrive at your scheduled pickup location and fail to contact our dispatch office within the included grace period, we will classify the ride as a no-show. We do not issue refunds for no-show reservations.

04. Changes & Rescheduling

All requests to modify your pickup date, times, vehicle types, or travel itineraries depend entirely on fleet availability. Additional charges will apply if your new reservation details alter the original travel distance or vehicle class.

05. Refund Processing

Our team processes approved refunds back to your original payment method. Actual processing timeframes vary depending strictly on your financial institution or bank provider.

06. Special Events & Peak Dates

Major holidays, prom seasons, high-demand concert nights, and weddings may require different or much stricter cancellation timelines. Our team will communicate any unique cancellation terms clearly at the exact time of your booking.
