Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Bothell Limos & Car Service. By making a reservation or using our transportation services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please review them carefully before booking your ride.

01. Reservations

All reservations depend strictly on vehicle and chauffeur availability. We consider a reservation confirmed only after you receive an official confirmation notice from us and complete any required payment or deposit.

As the customer, you are responsible for providing accurate pickup locations, destinations, dates, times, passenger counts, and contact information.

02. Rates & Payments

We base our rates on your requested service, vehicle type, trip duration, and specific routing.

We add a 20% gratuity to all bookings. Additional charges apply for tolls, parking fees, waiting time, extra stops, overtime, specialized cleaning, or unexpected itinerary changes. Hourly charter services require a minimum 4-hour reservation unless we state otherwise in writing.

03. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation and refund eligibility depends on your specific vehicle type and the amount of advance notice you provide. Certain high-demand bookings—including weddings, proms, wine tours, large vehicles, and peak event dates—require a non-refundable deposit. We confirm your exact cancellation terms at the time of your booking.

04. Waiting Time & Delays

Passengers must be ready at the scheduled pickup time. Additional waiting-time fees apply once a vehicle waits past the included grace period.

We work hard to maintain punctual schedules. However, we cannot guarantee exact arrival times when delays result from conditions beyond our control. This includes severe traffic gridlock, extreme weather, road closures, accidents, or airport delays.

05. Passenger Conduct

All passengers must behave responsibly and follow all safety instructions from the chauffeur. Smoking, vaping, illegal substances, and unlawful activities are strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to terminate service immediately without a refund if passenger behavior creates a safety risk or violates local laws.

06. Vehicle Damage & Cleaning

The primary client making the reservation assumes full financial responsibility for any physical damage caused by their party. We charge additional cleaning fees for excessive messes, fluid spills, smoking damage, vomiting, or any condition requiring professional detailing.

07. Alcohol Policy

Passengers may consume alcohol inside our vehicles only where permitted by Washington state law and vehicle licensing regulations. Absolutely no person under the legal drinking age of 21 may possess or consume alcohol in our vehicles at any time.

08. Passenger & Luggage Capacity

For absolute road safety, the passenger count must never exceed the vehicle’s legal seating capacity. Please provide accurate passenger and luggage counts during booking so we can dispatch the appropriate vehicle size.

09. Lost or Forgotten Items

We assume no responsibility for personal items left behind in our fleet. If you believe you left an item in a vehicle, please contact our dispatch team immediately. We will make every reasonable effort to locate and return your property.

10. Changes to Reservations

Itinerary adjustments—including pickup times, routes, additional stops, passenger counts, or vehicle upgrades—depend completely on fleet availability. These changes may result in price adjustments or extra fees.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions periodically. The version published on our website at the exact time of your booking will apply to your trip.
